Results tab: Selection Steps editor

Use this editor of the "Analysis editor: Results tab" to view the selection steps in effect for the analysis.

Selection Steps Area

Displays the selection steps. Use the List box to specify which column to view in the area. If the selection steps contain a calculated item or group member link, the area will display a link that you can click to view more details. For example, if the selection steps contain a group, you can click the group link and the "View Group: Group dialog" displays and shows the members of the group.

Note that you cannot modify the selection steps from this area. To modify the selection steps, you must exit the Selection Steps editor and in the Analysis editor: Results tab, go to the "Selection Steps pane".

Note:

If a selection step was created by using the right-click interaction menu, then you must use the right-click interaction menu to remove the selection step. See "Working with Selections of Data" for additional information.

Toolbar

The toolbar contains the buttons that are common to all views. For more information, see "Toolbar Buttons Common to All Views".

Done

Use this button to save your edits and return to the compound layout view.

Revert

Use this button to restore the settings in effect prior to your edits.
